Kaʻehu Return & Exchange Policy

Mahalo for supporting Kaʻehu and our mission to restore and care for our ʻāina through community-based education and cultural practice. Each purchase helps sustain our programs and local artisans.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom, handmade, or limited-edition products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift cards, digital downloads, and perishable items are also non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Makeke@kaehu.org with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll respond with return instructions and a mailing address.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund or exchange approval.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
