Kaʻehu Return & Exchange Policy
Mahalo for supporting Kaʻehu and our mission to restore and care for our ʻāina through community-based education and cultural practice. Each purchase helps sustain our programs and local artisans.
Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom, handmade, or limited-edition products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards, digital downloads, and perishable items are also non-refundable.
How to Start a Return

Email us at Makeke@kaehu.org with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll respond with return instructions and a mailing address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund or exchange approval.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
