Kaʻehu Shipping Policy
Mahalo for supporting Kaʻehu and helping us continue our mission to restore and care for our ʻāina through cultural education and community programs. Every purchase directly supports our ongoing work in Wailuku, Maui.
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.

Please note that Kaʻehu is a small community-based organization — during holidays, community events, or natural weather delays, processing times may take a little longer.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination.

We currently ship within the U.S. and Hawaiʻi using standard carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Local pickup at Kaʻehu Bay (Wailuku, Maui) is available — select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you to arrange a pickup day and time.
International Shipping

At this time, international shipping is not available, but we hope to expand in the future.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Kaʻehu is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by the postal carrier.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
